Thursday, 01 September 2011 15:04

Announced the formation of the Union State program "Microsystems and microsensors".

State Scientific Center of the Federal State budgetary institution, "Research and Production Complex" Technology Center "MIET (NPK" Technology Center ") on the Russian side and the State Scientific and Production Association" Scientific-Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Materials "by the Republic of Belarus was prepared concept of the Union State program "Development of new physical principles, materials and manufacturing technologies and intelligent sensor microsystems microprobes" for 2012-2015 (hereinafter - the Program), the code "Microsystems and smart microsensors." The program is included in the list of priority scientific-technical and innovation programs and projects of the Union State (Minutes of the Council of Ministers of the Union State on October 6, 2008 № 3, Resolution of the Council of Ministers of the Union State on November 29, 2010). The concept of the Programme has been prepared in accordance with the "Order of the development and implementation of the Union State", approved by the Council of Ministers of the Union State on October 11, 2000 № 7.
Program aims to develop and use scientific and technological potential for diversification and growth of economic competitiveness of the Union State on the basis of a basic fabrication technologies, basic elements and structures of MEMS devices, transducers of physical quantities and biochemical nanosensors in integrated form with the microelectronic component, allowing for minimal cost increase the competitiveness of the products to the world level of functional performance, reliability, cost and market opportunities of electronic products in foreign markets.

In developing the program will take into account the priority needs in various systems, electronics companies and organizations in the Republic of Belarus and the Russian Federation, which produce as microsystem technology civilian and mobile systems for military and dual-purpose.
Executive Head of Russia - SPC "Technology Center", the prime contractor from Belarus - State Research and Production Association "Scientific-Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus on material."
For the formation of the program activities we ask you to up to September 23, 2011 send to the State Scientific and Production Association "Scientific-Practical Center of the National Academy of Sciences. Belarus Materials' proposal for the formulation of comprehensive studies (R & D or R & D) in the development of integrated sensor microsystems and smart microprobes with applications. Help-study should include a description of the problem and the relevance, technical specifications (including in comparison with foreign analogues), as well as the rationale for the cost of work (attached files). Program activities should not duplicate the activities of the Union State program "Microsystem" and other programs of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Belarus.
The works should end in the development of a CD with documentation Slug "O1", manufacture and testing of prototypes, as well as having the potential consumers and manufacturers, which should be confirmed by letters - support.
The program will be implemented over 2012-2015.
